The hotel was clean and well-maintained, had beautiful views of the lake. Its location relatively near Sylvan Lake Marina Bay was amazing and stunning.

Every staff member is super friendly and strives to meet your needs. the rooms here are well-appointed and well-maintained with comfortable beds. They offer a fridge, a microwave oven, and coffee and tea making equipment. Good service and the food is fabulous.

All very clean, very courteous staff, large rooms and quite well situated for a walk at the lake or a visit to the beach.

Unfortunately, at the breakfast buffet many things are individually packed in plastic and cutlery, plates, cups and glasses are only available as disposable crockery. The amount of garbage is therefore unfortunately correspondingly high.

The place is well-maintained with bright rooms and FRIENDLY staff. the room includes a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as a comfy bed. the hotel has a great restaurant. It's my favourite place in Sylvan Lake.

The service here was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful, making it a great value for the price paid.

The room I stayed in had stunning views of the lake. Having a microwave oven and refrigerator was really convenient. the staff were amazing - friendly and relaxed. the location was perfect, right by the beach.

The staff is very very helpful, makes sure that the place is spotless. The rooms are a nice size with very comfortable bed. There are lots of supplies like: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge.
